It is important to note that the prices you see online do not apply in store unless specified otherwise. Prices are also subject to change without notice.


Shipping Policy : 
Orders are shipped only on regular business days, weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm (except holidays) usually within a maximum of 48 hours. Orders made after 12 pm on Fridays might be shipped on the following Monday. The usual shipping time is 3 to 5 business days for most regions in Canada. Couriers usually deliver between 8 am and 17 pm. If you are not present or available during delivery, the driver will leave delivery confirmation. Please read the information on the delivery note for additional details. To avoid inconvenience, please have with you a piece of photo identification when you retrieve your package. In unfortunate case in which we could not respect the following delay for your order or if we think delivery might take more time, we shall inform you by e-mail as fast as we can.
Shortly after we shipped your order we will send you by e-mail all the information needed to track your package until arrival. You can also get more information by writing to online@axisboutique.com .

When you choose the delivery option pickup in store, you will receive email confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up, you absolutely must have in your hands the credit card with which you made the transaction and a proof of identity of the holder of the credit card in question.

International delivery :

The usual shipping time for international orders is 7 to 10 business days. However an order can be retained at Customs for a few days. Axis Online shop is in no way responsible for any delays, customs fees or other taxes your country may impose you. Since shipping fees are more expensive, international orders are not eligible to our free shipping on orders over 98$.

Return policy :

Axis Boutique will pay the shipping fees for return ONLY if the item is received damaged or if there is an error in process (ex; you received something other than what you ordered) in all other cases the customer is fully responsible for shipping cost to return the item(s) he received. You have 48 hours after the reception of your order to ask for an exchange or a refund In addition, products must be returned in the same condition as received! They should never have been worn or washed and still have their labels. When you need to return your order you are responsible for sending us the item(s)in a proper packaging, if we receive your package in a bad condition and the product is damaged you will not be eligible for a refund. If you ask for a refund you need to know that the original shipping fees you paid will not be refunded. At any times, Axis Boutique reserves the right to charge re-stocking fees if the item was sent back damaged or if the delay of return exceeds the granted delay for re-shipping. * Note that for hygiene reasons, swimsuits and underwear are not exchangeable or returnable.

All products sold on the online shop are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Axis online shop is committed to follow up for you with the supplier during the warranty of the items purchased.
