Return policy :
Axis Boutique will pay the shipping fees for return ONLY if the item is received damaged or if there is an error in process (ex; you received something other than what you ordered) in all other cases the customer is fully responsible for shipping cost to return the item(s) he received. You have 48 hours after the reception of your order to ask for an exchange or a refund In addition, products must be returned in the same condition as received! They should never have been worn or washed and still have their labels.
